Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that took the time to complete our survey - we loved reading your comments!
We have been analysing the results of the customer survey that we recently carried out and are really happy to learn that the 3 areas in which we strive to shine are the areas that respondents most appreciate about Pebbles.
Customers rated highly the quality and individual and unique style of the products along with excellent customer service and care which is exactly what we set out to achieve.
We asked you what we could do better or differently and are pleased to say that some of the suggestions are already in place or currently under discussion.
You asked for gift wrapping - this is already available both in-store and online, but perhaps we could raise awareness of this service.
You asked for a loyalty scheme - we did have a very low-tech version of this in the past and are looking at ways to re-introduce it in a more manageable way.
You asked for more mens products - this is being addressed with the introduction of unisex brands and a new mens range from Australia.
Discounts and offers were a popular request - this will continue to be addressed through Facebook offers and at in-store events, along with occassional promotions in the stores.
You asked for more visible prices - this has been an ongoing issue for us as we have searched far and wide for a pricing system that fits with our style of product display. Until we find one that we are happy with, we will introduce small information boards to give price indications rather than individual prices.
Comments regarding our website have all been taken on board and we are working towards improving the images (the ring section is now complete). We are also looking at ways to show which shop each item is in. We will also make more products available online as we got good images of them.
You asked for a wider range of accessories - we are looking at this area and will select very carefully products that fit our criteria of style and quality.
